"Avoid contact with all people in whom there is no possible resonance with what touches you most deeply and toward whom you have obligations of kindness, of politeness."

Becoming Undone
Within modern literature, language is both ‘excessive’ and ‘deficient’; excessive, because words are accumulated in a potentially infinite number of permutations in an attempt to describe ‘the living body of desire’; deficient, because the ineffability of desire escapes representation in language, thus shattering the illusion of language as a transparent form of communication...
The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery.
There are many ways to be free. One of them is to transcend reality by imagination, as I try to do.
We travel, some of us forever, to seek other states, other lives, other souls.

Always be a poet, even in prose
(Baudelaire)
'No one was ever yet a great poet, without being at the same time a profound philosopher. For poetry is the blossom and the fragrancy of all human knowledge'

Baudelaire
There are moments of existence when time and space are more profound, and the awareness of existence is immensely heightened.
Blake
William Blake (1757-1827) had access to tantric techniques of psychoerotic meditation in order to achieve spiritual vision.
He has long been treasured as an artist and poet whose work was born out of authentic spiritual vision. The acutely personal, almost otherworldly look of his artwork, combined with its archetypal casting and depth of emotion, transcend societal conventions and ordinary experience.
Much of the overtly sexual work has been destroyed or altered, deemed too heretical by conservative elements among the mystic Moravians and Swedenborgians, whose influence on Blake has been uncovered only recently.

Dreams by Anais Nin
Dreams pass into the reality of action...From the action stems the dream again; and this interdependence produces the highest form of living.
Our life is composed greatly from dreams, from the unconscious, and they must be brought into connection with action. They must be woven together.
The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle.
